Your Account

This article covers how to log into Formbird FLEET, manage your account settings, and set up sidebar shortcuts to pages you use frequently.


Logging In

Navigate to your organisation's Formbird FLEET URL in a web browser to reach the login page.

Standard Login

Enter your email address and password and select OK [VERIFY: confirm button label].

If you've forgotten your password, select Forgot Your Password? and enter your email address. A reset link will be sent to that address.

Single Sign On

If your organisation has configured Single Sign On, you will see your organisation's authentication page instead of the standard login screen. Follow the prompts to sign in using your organisation credentials.


Account Settings

Select the Account icon (The account icon — a person silhouette inside a circle) in the top right corner of any page to open your account settings.

Account Details

Your account details — such as your name, email address, and role — are managed by an Administrator. If any of this information needs updating, ask someone with Administrator access.

Password

To change your password, enter a new password in the Password field, confirm it in the Confirm Password field, and save.

Note: If your organisation uses Single Sign On, changing your password here does not update your Single Sign On credentials.

Notifications

The Notifications section lets you subscribe to email notifications for different events in the application — for example, booking confirmations. Administrators can also manage notification subscriptions on behalf of users.

KeyWatcher Details

If your organisation uses a KeyWatcher key cabinet, the KeyWatcher Details section lets you set or update your PIN for accessing the cabinet.

The sidebar lets you save shortcuts to pages you visit frequently, accessible from anywhere in the application. Select the Menu icon (The sidebar menu button — three horizontal lines) in the top left corner to open the sidebar. Select it again to close it.

Adding a Shortcut

The quickest approach is to navigate to the page you want to save first, then open the sidebar.

  1. Open the sidebar by selecting the Menu icon.
  2. Select the Add icon (The add shortcut button — a plus symbol).
  3. Enter a Name for the shortcut — this is how it appears in the sidebar.
  4. Optionally enter a Description, visible when editing the shortcut later.
  5. The Address field is pre-filled with the current page URL. You can edit this to point to any page in Formbird FLEET.
  6. To link to an external website, untick Is Application Link and paste the external URL into the Address field.
  7. Set Target to Current Window or New Tab to control how the shortcut opens.
  8. Select OK to save.

Editing Shortcuts

  1. Open the sidebar and select the Edit icon (The edit shortcuts button — a pencil) to enter edit mode.
  2. Drag shortcuts up or down to reorder them.
  3. Select the Options menu (The shortcut options menu — three dots) on any shortcut to:
  4. Edit — update the shortcut's name, address, or other details.
  5. Delete — remove the shortcut from the sidebar.
  6. Add — add a sub-shortcut that appears indented beneath this one.
  7. Select the Edit icon again to exit edit mode.
