Reports Overview
Formbird FLEET includes reports across all major areas of the application. The tables below list every report by category, with a brief description and a link to the article where it is covered in detail.
Asset Reports

| Asset Components List | All component records across the fleet, filterable by asset, type, or status. |
| Asset Data Link Review Report | Audits data link configurations on asset records and identifies broken or incorrect links. |
| Asset Document Library | Documents attached to assets across the fleet in a single browseable list. |
| Asset Empty Field Report | Identifies assets with missing values in specified fields for data quality management. |
| Asset Expense List | All asset expense records across the fleet — insurance, registration, and other expense types. |
| Asset Hire Rates | Hire rate configurations used to calculate internal hire costs. |
| Asset Invoice Report | Per-asset cost breakdown selected by calendar month range. |
| Asset List | The standard list of all assets in the fleet with filtering and column selection. |
| Asset Meter Update Verification Report | Lists recent meter update events to verify that bulk imports and automatic updates applied correctly. |
| Asset Operating Cost Summary | Total cost of ownership per asset, aggregated across all cost sources — fuel, labour, materials, registration, insurance, and more. |
| Asset Position Report | Current GPS location of assets with active telematics devices on an interactive map. |
| Asset Replacement Report | Forecasts upcoming asset replacements by financial year and manages the replacement process. |
| Asset Utilisation Report | Utilisation data for assets with telematics, compared against configured targets. |
| Asset Verification Inspections | All vehicle verification inspection records, filterable by asset, date, or status. |
| Asset Warnings | Assets with active warning flags — safety tags, out-of-service status, and similar conditions. |
| Data Linked To Asset | All documents linked to a selected asset across the system. |
| External Hire Records | Records for assets hired in from external suppliers. |
| Externally Hired Asset List | Summary list of assets that are or have been hired from external sources. |
| Export List Report | Exports raw data from the main entities in Formbird FLEET to CSV for use in external analysis tools. See Export List Report. |
| Fleet Overview Report | Pre-compiled graphical summary of fleet composition, asset ages, and replacement forecasts. Updated nightly. |
| Infringement Request List | Traffic and parking infringement records linked to fleet assets. |
| Insurance and Registration Request List | Insurance and registration expense records across the fleet. |
| Meter Comparison Report | Compares meter readings across document types for the same asset and date to identify inconsistencies. |
| Overdue / Impending Due | Items past or approaching a date threshold — insurance renewals, fuel card expiries, registration deadlines, and similar. |
| Plant Hour Records | All plant hour recording documents across the fleet. |
| Safety Tag List | All safety tag records in the system, filterable by asset, type, or status. |
| Telematics Documents | Telematics data documents received from integrated providers, for verification and review. |

| Repair Cause / Type / Reason Report | Completed Work Orders broken down by Repair Type, Repair Cause, Repair Reason, and Work Completed code. |
| Scheduled vs Unscheduled Report | Scheduled versus unscheduled Work Orders compared across workshops and defect types. |
| Turn Around Time For Repairs Report | Time from In Progress to Completed on Requests, grouped into time bands. |
| Work Order Labour Productivity Report | Estimated versus actual labour time on Work Orders, with variance. |
| Direct vs Indirect Labour Report | Time Recorder time classified as direct (productive) or indirect (non-productive) by Work Order type. |
| Time Recorder Report — Single Selection | Detailed time recording for a single employee within a period, with per-Work Order drill-down. |
| Time Recorder Report — Multiple Selection | Overview of time recorded totals across multiple employees, filterable by role, section, or department. |
| Time Recorder Document Listing | Raw listing of all individual Time Recorder documents for a date range. Exportable to CSV. |
| Overtime Report | Time Recorder entries flagged as overtime, grouped by employee. |
| Workshop Performance Report | Count of repairs completed per workshop for a chosen date range. |
| PM Service Report | Completed Service Requests categorised as completed early, on time, or late. |
| Downtime Report | Downtime and uptime ratios for assets with Business Hours and Days configured. |
| Bulk Close / Cancel Requests | Tool for batch-closing or cancelling Requests that are open or pending. |

| Asset Services Remaining Report | Service history summary per asset — requests created and completed, services remaining, weeks since last service, and replacement date. |
| Orphan Services Report | Service Details documents whose parent Service Configuration has been deleted. |
| PM Service Overview | Summary of all service configurations and service progress for each asset. |
| Service Materials Report | Materials required for upcoming scheduled services within a date range. |
| Service Requests — Not Closed | All Service Requests not in a Closed or Cancelled status, filterable by status. |
| Service Requests Due | Open Service Requests due in the next two weeks, and those with an expected start date already passed. |
Daily Driver Reports

| Daily Driver Check Duration Report | Identifies 'tick-and-flick' form completion by analysing completion duration and time between individual checks. |
| Daily Driver Check Listing | List of Daily Driver check sheets with reported defects, used for triaging faults outside the Workshop Dashboard. |
| Daily Driver Complete / Not Completed Today Report | Shows which assets have had a Daily Driver completed today and which have not. |
| Daily Driver Exception Documents | List of all Daily Driver Exception documents and their current status. |
| Daily Driver Exception Report | Summary of exception activity across the fleet for a chosen period. |
| Daily Driver Failure Analysis Report | Count of failed checks per asset within a chosen date range, grouped by check type. |
| Daily Driver Meter Error Management Report | Meter readings flagged as errors on Daily Driver documents, with tools to correct and reapply them. |
| Untrained Daily Driver Report | Identifies operators who have not completed the required Daily Driver training. |

| User – Asset Hire Count / Hours | Number of bookings and total hours per asset for each user. |
| Booking Behaviour Report | Late starts, automatic cancellations, manual cancellations, and late returns by user. |
| Bookings By User and Asset | Total completed bookings broken down by user, department, section, and location. |

| Fuel Receipt Errors Report | Fuel receipts with data errors — duplicate entries, negative distances, meter anomalies — with correction tools. |
| Fuel Receipt Report | Individual fuel receipt records for assets within a chosen date range. |
| Utilisation Graphical Analysis Report | Graphical comparison of asset utilisation across the fleet using fuel or telematics data. |
