Export List Report
The Export List Report provides tools to export raw data from the main entities in Formbird FLEET to CSV, for use in external analysis tools or integration with other systems. Exports can be configured, filtered, and saved for repeated use.
How to Use
- Select an export type from the list.
- Optionally enter a Name and select the Save Tick to save the configuration for reuse.
- Apply any available filter fields to limit the data exported — this reduces load time and output size.
- Use the green tick button to select all fields, or the red cross button to deselect all.
- Check or uncheck individual fields to select what to include in the export.
- Select the Download button to export the current selection as a CSV.
Previously saved export configurations appear in the Saved Configuration Documents table at the bottom of the page. Select the link text to load a saved configuration.
Available Exports

| Account | User account records — name, email, account type, section, department, and other profile fields. |
| Additional Income | Additional income records linked to assets — amount, date, asset, and income category. |
| Allocation | Asset allocation records — asset, allocated to, department, section, start and end dates, and allocation status. |
| Asset | Core asset records — registration, asset group, make, model, year, status, current meters, and other asset fields. |
| Asset Expense | Expense records linked to assets — insurance, registration, and other asset expense types, including amounts and dates. |
| Daily Driver Check Sheet | Daily Driver inspection records — asset, driver, check date, individual check results, and any defects reported. |
| Fuel Receipt | Fuel transaction records — asset, purchase date, fuel type, quantity, cost, and meter reading at fill. |
| Materials | Materials and parts inventory records — part name, category, quantity on hand, unit value, and stock details. |
| Request | Request documents — asset, request type, description, status, dates, workshop, assigned technician, and cost totals. |
| Time Recorder | Time recorder documents — employee, work order, start and end time, total time, rate, and labour cost. |
| Toll | Toll transaction records — asset, date, toll amount, toll road, and vehicle details. |
| Used Materials | Materials recorded as used on Work Orders — part name, quantity, unit value, total cost, work order, and asset. |
| Work Orders | Work order documents — asset, work order type, parent request, workshop, assigned technician, status, dates, and cost totals. |
