Driver
Driver accounts are for people whose main interaction with Formbird FLEET is booking pool vehicles for short-term use. Drivers may also be required to complete a Daily Driver — a digital pre-start checklist — before using a booked asset.
Homepage
The homepage for Driver accounts is the Asset Booking page. This is the calendar-based booking system where you can view available vehicles, make bookings, and manage your upcoming reservations.

Daily Driver Pre-Starts
Depending on your organisation's configuration, you may be required to complete a Daily Driver pre-start checklist before using a booked asset. This checklist records the condition of the vehicle at the start of your booking and flags any faults.

KeyWatcher
If your organisation uses a KeyWatcher key cabinet, you may need to check a key in or out when collecting or returning a vehicle. KeyWatcher integrates with the booking calendar so that key access is tied to your booking.
